Our 50m and 100yard ranges are licensed by the Home Office for .22 prone rifle target shooting. Due to the construction and location of our club ranges we are not able to provide 3P target shooting.

Participation in .22 prone rifle target shooting can be on casual basis or shooters can develop their skills to take part at a competitive level. Competing at a club, county, national and world championship levels is always a possibility. Here at Tunbridge Wells we have members who shoot for relaxation and others who shoot competitively to a very high level.

Our members have represented England at World Championships, both the Commonwealth and Olympic Games and in the process have won 2 Gold medals. For the seasoned shooter the club has a friendly and lively atmosphere in which to enjoy your shooting and challenge yourself at 50m and 100 yards.

For those starting in out in the sport of target shooting there is no need to incur any significant expense to get going.

For beginners we have all the equipment needed to get you under way, with a selection of rifles and shooting jackets readily available. Our experienced shooters are on hand to coach and once a firearms certificate is granted we can also help with advice on equipment purchases.
