Providing six indoor lanes, our
10m air rifle and
pistol range is a very popular feature of our club facilities.
With
friendly coaching and
mentoring we welcome both the
beginner and e
xperienced practitioner of
10m air rifle and air pistol disciplines. Our air shooters extend from
10 to
70+ years old, and we vary from
casual ‘fun’ shooters to those
representing the county and beyond.
There is no need to incur any expense to get going. For the beginner we
have all the equipment needed to get under way, with a
selection of air rifles,
pistols and
shooting jackets readily available. With our
wealth of experience and expert help we can also advise those that wish purchase their own equipment.
The
10m air discipline provides a good grounding in the technicalities of target shooting. This grounding, together with gaining a full understanding of the safe handling of firearms, can be used as a gateway to other disciplines such as prone rifle or black powder.
